I came across this beach when I went up to FLAGSTAFF LOOKOUT. I did have a chat with another photographer and she said she's found some amazing marine life in the rock pools so I decided that the last sunrise in Port Macquarie would be at Oxley beach.
It had some amazing rock pools and the ride was really low. The only problem? My camera keeps coming up with an error and making a weird noise. It's so annoying and a few of my photos at Oxley beach didn't turn out and in the end I went back. I did get to see an 8 legged starfish, woohoo. I'd seen that they were found in the rock pools around Port Macquarie so I'd been on the hunt for a while.
It was quite a lovely beach and quite popular with dog walkers. Great time in the morning to take photos of the sunrise it's not as busy as TOWN BEACH
