This was a great little museum that we came across coming into town. The weather was a little crummy, with some rain, so we decided to stretch our legs and check out the museum. The volunteers here are amazing. There were heaps of different activity sheets for all different school aged kids. Little miss picked out a prep sheet and we got hunting.
I loved the displays, they were really well set out and there were so many different types. The information was well presented and they even had a big bowl that was made by the local woodworking group.
I loved the gold mine and the old fire truck. It was amazing to see the all the different machines and there was even a little bit on the sugar cane history and production.
